What a Manzilian includes

What to expect

Arrive with clean skin and about a quarter inch of growth. Skip exfoliants, retinol and the gym for 24 hours afterward, wear loose clothing, and start gentle exfoliation after two days to keep ingrown hairs away. Redness usually settles within a few hours.
